Hans-G. Raddé – Executive Director

Hans lived and worked in 7 countries and counts with more than 30-years experience in the global insurance and reinsurance market. Before he became broker he worked 18 year as an underwriter for Munich Re. During his career he drove regional underwriting units and reinsurance placements. He developed new insurance products and explored new distribution channels successfully. Hans guided multinational M&A teams and is experienced in setting up new business units. Over the last decade he has specialized in innovative alternative  reinsurance solutions such as Capital Solutions and Parametric Products.
